Weekly Retrospection #2

For this week’s retrospection, I feel a lot of the work I did I was trying to convey my own beliefs and morals. For one of my daily creates, I made a haiku for my favorite book, Who Fears Death by Nnedi Okorafor. This book’s main character is an empowered African woman and the themes and morals of the story really resonate with me and I wanted my DC to reflect that. For my assignments, I did ones where I felt that my personality could really show. I really enjoyed making the Bob Ross population piece because I do resonate with my message heavily. The cereal box was more “quirky”, but I feel that it still represents who I am. The gif was def the most “silly” out of all of them, but it also shows the kind of person I am.

The rest of my daily creates were VERY fun to do. I loved the AI art gallery. It was hard to grapple with the fact that these were created by a program and not a human, but a human created the program? Weird.
